E Legacy is an independent sales, coaching, and mentorship organization. Its TapeOfTheWeek audio collection brings together a substantial library of recordings for ongoing learning.

The project focused on turning a legacy collection into an organized, maintainable library for web and mobile listening through Audiobookshelf and the Absorb app.

As project lead and workflow designer, I connected the content requirements, library structure, implementation, and ongoing maintenance process.

• Define the source of truth: establish rules for folders, filenames, episode titles, speaker information, and audio metadata.
• Prepare the library: organize recordings and review duplicate files, naming conflicts, and missing or ambiguous information.
• Coordinate the integration: use assisted scripting, APIs, and SFTP to align the source files with the hosted Audiobookshelf library supporting web and Absorb app listening.
• Validate changes: build reconciliation checks and 25 tests for missing, duplicate, mismatched, or ambiguous records.
• Make it repeatable: document future uploads, corrections, and quality-control steps.

The implementation established a structured audio library and a repeatable process for publishing and maintaining its metadata across web and mobile access.

The project brought together content operations, technical coordination, and validation. The emphasis was on giving the organization a maintainable system for its existing learning content.

Requirements definition, data quality, implementation coordination, issue resolution, and repeatable delivery. It’s the same project discipline I bring to creative and operational work, applied to a technical content system.
